14-Day Return Policy

We want you to feel confident shopping Boulevard House. You may request a return within 14 calendar days after the carrier records your order as delivered.

Starting a return

Contact us through our Contact page and include your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return. A return authorization and return instructions are required before sending anything back. Do not return an item to the address on the package unless Boulevard House specifically instructs you to do so, because some products are fulfilled by retail partners.

After authorization, please tender the return package to the designated carrier within 5 calendar days. Returns sent without authorization, sent to the wrong address, or shipped after the stated deadline may be refused.

Return condition

Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in resalable condition with all original tags, packaging, accessories, dust bags, and protective materials. Shoes must be tried on only on a clean, soft surface, and the shoe box must not be used as the shipping box.

Beauty, fragrance, haircare, and personal-care products are returnable only when unopened, unused, and with all factory seals intact. For health and hygiene reasons, opened or used beauty and personal-care products cannot be returned. Swimwear and intimate apparel must have all hygiene liners and tags intact. Pierced jewelry is not returnable unless it arrives damaged or defective.

Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Return shipping charges

For eligible returns of products shipped from our Atlanta inventory, a $7.95 prepaid return-label charge will be deducted from the refund.

For products fulfilled by an international retail partner, the actual prepaid return-label cost will be disclosed before you approve the return and will be deducted from the refund. International return-label costs vary by item, weight, and destination.

No return-label charge will apply when Boulevard House verifies that an item arrived incorrect, damaged, or defective. Please report such issues within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photographs of the item, packaging, and shipping label.

Refunds

Once the return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, less any applicable return-label charge. Original shipping charges, expedited shipping charges, customs duties, import taxes, and other carrier or government fees are nonrefundable except where required by law or when the return results from our verified error.
